This meet determines which athletes advance to the WIAA State Championships.

TOP 6 times/marks in each event will advance to State. All running events are timed finals.

• Bus Loads: 8:45 AM
• Bus Departs CHS: 9:00 AM
• Lunch Stop: Hawks Prairie (11:00–11:30 AM)
• Arrive at French Field: 12:30–1:00 PM
• Depart French Field: 7:00 PM
• Dinner Stop: Hawks Prairie (~30 min)
• Estimated Return to CHS: 11:00 PM

Friday, May 22
• Same schedule as Wednesday with a slightly later return
• Depart French Field: 7:30 PM
• Dinner Stop: Hawks Prairie (~30 min)
• Estimated Return to CHS: 11:30 PM

• Adults/Students without ASB: $9
• Students w/ASB, Military, Seniors: $6

MEET PROCEDURES

• Implement Weigh-Ins: 12:00 PM – 4:15 PM both days
• Clerking: Athletes must check in at least 25 minutes before their event
• No Event Calls: Athletes/coaches are responsible for tracking meet progress
• Warm-Ups: Restricted to designated areas once competition begins

RULES & REMINDERS

• ¼” pyramid spikes only
• No needle spikes allowed
• Starting blocks and relay batons will be provided
• Water only on the infield
• Bring layers, snacks, water, chargers, recovery gear, and money/card for food stops

UNIFORM COMPLIANCE
• Athletes and relay teams are responsible for full uniform compliance at all times
• Uniforms must be school-issued/school-approved and relay members must match
• No sweats or apparel from other sports may be worn in competition
• Athletes may not remove uniforms in the competition area
• Uniform violations may result in disqualification

ATHLETE ELECTRONICS
• NO athlete electronics allowed in competition areas (phones, headphones, smart watches, etc.)
• Athletes may not delay competition to review video or leave event areas to watch film
• Missed attempts/check-ins due to leaving the competition area will result in a time foul/missed attempt
• Only credentialed coaches and photographers may film inside competition areas
